Method

Boil the potatoes until tender. While this occurs, preheat grill to medium heat. Cook wieners until nicely coloured and heated through. When potatoes are tender, drain well and then place in a bowl. Gently mix in the mustard, vinegar, oil, green onions, salt and pepper. Serve wieners with the warm potato salad alongside.

Serving Suggestions

Pickles; hot mustard; sauerkraut; warm, crusty buns; and cold beer would all go well with the wieners and salad.
