Method

Divide and top two of the bread slices with ham, salami, cheese, basil and red peppers. Top with other slices of bread. Heat the oil in non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add sandwiches and grill 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted. Slice sandwich in half and serve with pasta sauce for dipping.
