Combine the first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Set steaks on a large plate. Sprinkle and rub the steaks with the spice mixture. Brush the steaks with the oil. Let steaks warm at room temperature at least 15 minutes. Preheat your grill to medium-high. Grill the steaks to desired doneness, allowing approximately 2 to 3 minutes per side for rare, and 3 to 4 minutes for medium-rare to medium.
Recipe Options: Instead of T-bones, use another tender steak in this recipe, such as rib steaks. For even more flavour, once cooked to the desired doneness, brush the steaks with your favourite type of barbecue sauce.
