Method

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the fish in a baking dish and surround with cherry tomatoes and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and orange juice; season with salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the fish is just cooked through. Sprinkle with oregano or basil and serve.
