Spread the mayonnaise on one side of each tortilla. Make rows of ham, cheese, apples and organic greens in the centre of each tortilla. Fold over the sides of the tortilla and then tightly roll into a closed cylinder. Slice in half at a slight angle, if desired.
Note: To make tortillas easier to roll, heat 15 to 20 seconds in the microwave before using.
Recipe Options: Other deli meats, such as turkey or chicken breast, and cheese, such as havarti or Gouda, could replace the ham and cheddar. Shredded head, leaf or romaine lettuce could replace the organic greens.
