Method

Combine all ingredients, except oil, in a medium bowl. Slowly whisk in the oil to create an emulsified dressing. Transfer vinaigrette to a tight-sealing jar and refrigerate until needed. Will keep at least a week. If needed, to emulsify again, shake the jar of vinaigrette well before opening and using.
