Place the pork in a bowl. Add the hoisin sauce and toss to coat. Divide and thread the pork, pineapple and green pepper on 4, long skewers. Cook on a lightly oiled grill heated to medium to medium-high for 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the pork is just cooked through. Serve extra hoisin sauce alongside for dipping, if desired.
