Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the chicken in a sided baking dish, just large enough to hold them in a single layer. Combine remaining ingredients, except garnish, and spoon over the chicken. Bake 40-45 minutes, basting the chicken frequently with the honey/garlic sauce, or until cooked through.

Recipes Options: For a lighter version of this dish, remove the skin from the chicken before cooking. If you prefer white meat, substitute bone-in, chicken breasts for the legs. If you like things hot and spicy, mix Asian-style hot sauce to taste into the honey/garlic mixture before spooning over the chicken.
