  1. Preheat the oven to 375˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  2. Place the honey, teriyaki sauce and mustard in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Place the chicken on the baking sheet; drizzle with any leftover honey mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds. 
  3. Bake chicken for 30 to 35 minutes, or until cooked through. During cooking, baste the chicken occasionally with the honey mixture that’s dripped on to the bottom of the pan.

Recipe Options: Use skinless chicken thighs instead of drumsticks. Instead of honey, use an equal amount of maple syrup to sweeten the chicken. The chicken can be served cold - pack it for a picnic! To do so, after roasting the chicken, cool to room temperature, and then chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours. When ready to transport, pack it into an ice-cold cooler and keep it well-chilled until ready to eat.
