Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a 9"x13" baking dish with parchment paper. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Cut the halibut, lengthwise, into 8 equal pieces. Coat halibut in curry paste mixture. Set fish in the baking dish. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until cooked.
Divide and spread the 1/4 cup chutney and yogurt down the centre of each tortilla. Set two pieces of fish (remove the skin first, if desired) on each tortilla. Divide and top fish with remaining ingredients. Fold the sides of each tortilla partially over the filling and then roll into a tight cylinder. Cut each wrap in half widthwise and enjoy. If desired, serve the wraps with additional mango chutney for dipping.
