Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Brush a baking dish with a little of the butter. Loose roll up sole fillets and place inside. Drizzle with remaining butter and the lemon juice. Combine bread crumbs, zest, basil, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl. Sprinkle over sole. Bake 12-15 minutes; then broil 2-3 minutes to brown the top. Divide sole among plates, drizzle any pan juices over top, and serve. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh basil sprigs, if desired.
