Method

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line 3 large baking sheets with parchment paper. Place the butter, peanut butter and sugars in a bowl and beat until well combined. Beat in the eggs one at a time, and then add the vanilla and baking soda. Mix in the oats, chocolate chips, caramel chips and pecans. Divide and drop heaping tablespoons of the batter onto the cookie sheets, leaving a 2-inch space in between each cookie. Bake the cookies, one sheet at a time, for 13-15 minutes, or until light golden and crispy around the edges.
