Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 2 large loaf pans. Place the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices in a bowl and whisk to combine. Combine the oil, sugar, eggs, juice and buttermilk in another bowl. Toss the oranges, cranberries and pistachios into the dry ingredients, then mix into the bowl of wet ingredients until just combined. Divide and spoon into the loaf pans. Bake 70 to 75 minutes, or until a long toothpick or skewer inserted in the centre of the loaves pulls out clean.
