Method

Place the orange juice in a small skillet and bring a boil over medium-high. Boil until the juice has been reduced to a 1/3 cup and then remove from the heat and cool to room temperature. Place the juice in a medium bowl and whisk in
all the remaining ingredients. Store the salad dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Serving Suggestions

Serve this dressing with your favourite salad greens, such as baby spinach, chopped romaine, baby mixed salad greens or butter lettuce. This dressing also makes a delicious dip for things such as grilled shrimp, roasted salmon and chicken skewers.
