Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk to combine. Divide and pour the mixture into a popsicle mould, insert the sticks, and freeze until solid. Keep frozen until ready to serve.

Note: To get 1 cup of fresh mango puree, peel 1 large, or 2 small, mangoes. Cut the flesh into chunks and puree it in a food processor.
