Method

Combine all ingredients, except cheese, in a medium bowl. Mix in the bocconcini. Cover and marinate the cheese in the refrigerator for 4 hours, or overnight. When ready to use, warm the cheese at room temperature 20 minutes before serving.

Serving Suggestions

Make homemade croutons to serve with the cheese. To do so, place 16 to 20 (1/2-inch thick) slices of baguette on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly brush the tops of the baguette slices with olive oil. Bake the baguette in a preheated 400 degrees F oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
