Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place all ingredients, except the tzatziki sauce, in a bowl and gently mix to combine. With cold water-moistened hands, roll the meat mixture into 1" balls and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve with the tzatziki sauce for dipping.
