This is not a formal recipe, more a tasty snack idea to serve at an informal gathering of friends. Start by visiting our deli department and choosing a range of delicious Mediterranean-style foods, such as a jar of antipasto; different types of olives, marinated artichokes and roasted peppers; dolmades (stuffed grape leaves); a selection of cheese, such as marinated feta and gorgonzola; and sliced meats, such as salami and prosciutto. Visit the produce department and get some fruit to slice and wrap in the prosciutto, such as figs, melon or papaya. Head to the bakery department and pick up a crusty loaf of Brio bread, such ciabatta or filone, to serve with the items you have chosen. Artfully arrange all your deli purchases on a large serving platter. Warm the bread and sliced and serve it alongside for topping with the delicious items on the tray. Enjoy!

Serving Suggestions
