Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Place an equal amount of salad greens down the centre of each tortilla. Divide and top with tuna mixture. Drizzle and sprinkle with the oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper. Fold the sides of each tortilla partially over the filling and then roll into a tight cylinder. Wrap each wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve (can be made a few hours before serving). When ready to serve, cut each wrap in half widthwise and enjoy.
Options: Instead of white flour tortillas, use whole wheat tortillas to make these wraps. Instead of cherry tomatoes, cut two, small to medium on-the-vine tomatoes into cubes and use them in the wraps. Instead of dried oregano, used chopped fresh oregano or basil, to taste.
