Place the apple slices in a bowl and toss with the lemon juice. (The lemon juice will help prevent the apples from browning.) Cut the mini bagels in half and spread with the mayonnaise and cranberry sauce. Top the bottom half of each bagel with salad greens. Now set a half cheese slice, and half turkey slice, on each bagel. Set on the top pieces of bagel. Enjoy now; or wrap, chill and pack for a lunch.
Recipe Options: Instead of turkey, try another deli meat in these bagel sandwiches, such as ham or chicken breast. Instead of apple, try sliced pear in the sandwiches. Instead of baby salad greens, set a small, whole butter, head or leaf lettuce leaf on each sandwich.
