Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spread baguette slices with a thin layer of cream cheese, and then place on baking sheet. Divide and set ham on top of the cream cheese. Set an asparagus tip or two on top of the ham. Top with cheese, and then bake 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melt and the baguette is slightly crisp on the bottom.
