Method

Place the potatoes in a pot and cover with cold water. Gently boil the potatoes until just tender, about 10 to 12 minutes. Drain well, and then toss in the remaining ingredients. Spoon the potatoes into a serving bowl. Serve potatoes hot or at room temperature.
