Method

Place the milk, 2/3 cup raspberries, vanilla, and mint in a blender. Pulse until berries are puréed. Add the ice cream; blend until smooth and well combined. Add more milk if you like a thinner drink. Pour into chilled glasses; garnish each drink with a few fresh raspberries and mint sprig and serve.
