Method

Combine the stock, ginger, garlic and chili sauce in a soup pot. Bring to a simmer. Add the shiitake and oyster mushrooms and simmer until just tender, about 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in miso until it dissolves. Stir in the enoke mushrooms and green onions and heat through 1 minute. Ladle the soup into bowls and serve.
