Method

Boil the potatoes until just tender, about 10-15 minutes. While this occurs, mix the Dijon, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and sugar in large bowl. When the potatoes are cooked, drain well and add them and the rest of ingredients to the bowl. Toss to combine.

Serve warm; or cool to room temperature, refrigerate and serve cold.
