Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line an 11” x 17” or similar-sized baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.

Combine the honey and oil in a small pot. Set over medium heat until warm, but not hot. Pour into the bowl with the oat mixture and stir well. Spread the oat mixture on the baking sheet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes or so, until the oats and other ingredients are lightly toasted. Remove from the oven, and then stir in the cranberries, raisins and blueberries or currants. Cool granola to room temperature.

Transfer to an airtight container and store at cool room temperature for up to three weeks. Note: Nutrient-rich hemp seeds are available in small bags in our Health Foods Department.
