Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Place the salmon in baking dish. Drizzle with orange juice, oil and lemon juice. Surround with olives. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Top each piece of the salmon with 2 orange slices. Sprinkle with fresh oregano or basil. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through. Divide among plates and spoon over pan juices. Garnish with sprigs or oregano or basil, if desired.
