Place all the ingredients, except garnish, in a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into glasses, garnish and serve.

Options: This recipe can, of course, be made with regular rather than organic orange juice and bananas. Try mango or papaya juice in place of orange and try making the drink with 1 1/3 cups plain yogurt instead of tofu. To sweeten the drink, try using maple syrup instead of honey.
