Heat oil in a skillet set over medium-high heat. Season halibut with salt and pepper and then cook 3-4 for minutes per side, or until cooked through. Serve halibut with salsa alongside.
*Note: If halibut steaks are large, cut in half width wise. If cutting steaks yourself from the halibut chunks on ad this week, first lay the fish on a secured cutting board. Starting at the thickest end, with a sharp knife cut it into steaks that are about 3/4 to 1 inch thick.
