Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Heat the oil in large skillet over medium-high. Coat the pork in the flour mixture, shaking off the excess. Sear the pork in the hot oil until nicely browned. Drain away excess fat. Return the pan to the stove and add the apple cider. Bring to a simmer and cook until the cider thickens slightly. Divide the pork and sauce among plates and serve.
