In a food processor or blender, puree mango sauce ingredients until smooth. Transfer to a small pot and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Season scallops with the cumin, salt and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet set over high heat. Cook scallops 1-2 minutes per side, or until just cooked through. Sprinkle with lime juice, and then remove from heat. Spoon the sauce onto 2 plates. Arrange scallops on top of the sauce. Garnish with cilantro and lime. Steamed rice and stir-fried vegetables go nicely with this dish.
