- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Place broccoli on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- In small bowl, whisk together oil, garlic, chili and salt. Brush over broccoli florets. Sprinkle 2 tbsp (30 mL) Parmesan over top.
- Bake 15 to 18 min. until broccoli crowns are tender-crisp. Transfer to platter. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tbsp (30 mL) Parmesan cheese.
