- Place the water in a pot and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat, add the tea bags, and steep the tea for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags, and then mix the honey into the tea.
- Cool to room temperature. Pour the tea into a large jug and mix in the peach juice.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Serve the tea in ice-filled glasses. Garnish with peach slices and mint sprigs.
Note: Peach juice is available in the aisle where other tetra-pack juices are sold.
