Method

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Place all the ingredients, except the cilantro or parsley and lime wedges, in a medium-sized bowl and toss to combine. Let the prawns marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes. Place the prawns in a single layer in a baking dish; pour the marinade over top. Bake for 10 minutes, or until just cooked through. Sprinkle with cilantro or parsley. Serve with lime wedges for squeezing, if desired.
