Place the curry paste and pineapple juice in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Add the wings and toss to thoroughly coat. Let the wings marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Arrange the wings on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, turning once, or until cooked through. If desired, broil the wings for a few minutes to crisp up the skin. Arrange the wings on a platter, garnish with the lime wedges and serve.
