Method

Arrange the lettuce on large oval or round platter. Artfully top with bell pepper, tomatoes, radishes or cucumber, onion, feta and olives. Sprinkle with the oregano. Now lightly drizzle the salad with olive oil and vinegar. Season salad with salt and pepper and serve.
