Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place all ingredients, except pasta sauce, into a bowl and mix to combine. Moisten your hands with cold water. Roll the meat mixture into 1" balls and set on the baking sheet. Bake until cooked through, about 20 minutes. Arrange the meatballs on a serving plate with a bowl of the warmed pasta sauce alongside for dipping.
