- Place the oil, lemon juice, honey, mustard, oregano and garlic in a salad bowl and whisk to combine.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate salad until ready to serve. Salad can be made a few hours in advance. Toss gently again before serving.
Note: Cooked and peeled prawns are available in the seafood department.
Recipe Options: For a spicy taste, finely chop and add 1 large jalapeno pepper to this salad. For a nutty taste, toss 1/3 to 1/2 cup of roasted, unsalted cashews, very coarsely chopped, into the salad.
