Method

Cook linguini until tender in a large pot of lightly salted, boiling water. 


While it cooks, place the soup in a large, wide skillet and bring to a simmer. When simmering, add the prawns and heat through a few minutes. When cooked, drain the pasta, saving ½ cup of the cooking liquid. 


Add the pasta, reserved cooking liquid, salt, pepper and parsley to the skillet and toss to combine. Divide pasta among bowls and serve. Compliment pasta, if desired, with Parmesan cheese, crushed chili flakes and the garlic bread from our Bakery Department.
