Method

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook until just tender, about 1 minute. Drain well, cool in cold water, drain well again, and place in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Gently toss the salad before serving.

Note: Coleslaw mix is available in the produce department.
