Place the juice in a small pot and slowly simmer until reduced to 1/3 cup. Cool to room temperature; the reduced apple juice should be syrupy. Whisk the butter, sage and paprika into the reduced apple juice.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the turkey in a shallow baking dish about 9"x13" in size. Brush roast all over with the butter mixture. Roast for 75 minutes, or until the centre reaches 185 degrees F on an instant read meat thermometer. During roasting, baste the turkey several times with the butter mixture that has melted and dripped into the bottom of the pan.
When cooked, remove the turkey from the pan, set on a plate, tent with foil and rest 5 minutes. Slice the turkey, drizzle with pan juices and serve.
For easy clean up, place a piece of parchment paper in the bottom and partially up the sides of the roasting pan.
