Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine the sugar and spices in a small bowl. Place the almonds in a medium bowl, drizzle with the honey and toss to coat. Sprinkle in the sugar mixture and toss to evenly coat the almonds. Spread the almonds in a single layer on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the almonds are lightly toasted and glazed. Cool to room temperature. When cool, separate any nuts that have stuck together. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
