Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Transfer the olives to a 10" cast iron skillet or other ovenproof pan. Bake for 20 minutes, shaking the pan once or twice. Serve olives warm (not piping hot), or at room temperature.
