Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the fish in a single layer in a 9” by 13” baking dish. Surround fish with the tomatoes and olives. Combine garlic, olive oil and juice in a small bowl. Drizzle fish and other ingredients in the dish with this mixture; season with salt and pepper. Bake 15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through. Set a piece of fish on each of 4 plates. Top each piece of fish with 4 basil leaves. Divide, top and surround fish with the tomatoes and olives. Top fish with the pan juices and serve.
