Place the salmon on plate. Combine the curry paste and lime juice in a small bowl and brush all over the salmon. Place the salmon, skin side down, in a baking dish lined with parchment paper and let marinate 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Coat the top of each piece of fish with ground almonds. Bake the salmon 12 to 15 minutes, or until just cooked through. Plate the fish, garnish with lime slices and cilantro sprigs, and serve.
