Method

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside. Rinse the salmon in cold water and pat dry. With a sharp knife, trim off the fins and tail and discard. Make 6, 1/2-inch deep slits on one side of the flesh. Place salmon, cut side up, on prepared baking sheet. Brush with lime juice; season with salt and pepper. Roast 25-30 minutes, or until just cooked. Transfer salmon to heated serving platter. Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the ginger, garlic, green onions and chili flakes and cook until fragrant, about 15-30 seconds. Spoon mixture over salmon and serve immediately.
