Method

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set in the salmon, season with salt and pepper. Combine the ginger, garlic, cilantro, chili sauce, lime juice and sugar in a bowl. Spread over the salmon. Top the salmon with almonds. Baking 12- 15 minutes,
or until cooked through.
