Combine the cheese, bread crumbs, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl and set aside. Cook the cauliflower in boiling water until firm/tender, about 2 to 3 minutes, and then drain well. Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the cauliflower and lightly brown on all sides. Sprinkle in the cheese mixture and toss to coat the cauliflower. Cook a few minutes more, stirring, and then serve.
