Method

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Place the seafood in a single layer in a shallow-sided baking dish. Combine wine, butter, lemon juice and garlic in a small bowl. Sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning, salt and pepper. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until seafood is just cooked. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
