Method

Place the avocado and lime juice in a mixing bowl and gently toss to coat. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Cover, refrigerate and allow the flavours to meld for 20 minutes. Spoon into a serving bowl and enjoy.

Serving Suggestions

This salsa, of course, makes a great dip for tortillas chips, but could also be served on, or stuffed inside, a range of other dishes, such as grilled salmon, a leafy green salad, or fajitas.
